The Scrunty is an enemy in Scrimmy Bingus and the Crungy Spingus 2 (who is also hidden in the original). Scrunty is a common soldier with low Blep(Stench in the SB:CS1 version of the encounter) stats and can be eliminated easily by a Brongus with Stegasaurus or Pythagoras.
Fans often speculate that Scrunty is the long-lost sister of Bippo.
Her main move, Vibrato, messes up the background music and also gives all currently-travelling Brongi "Debalancus", which makes 99% of moves miss, but all moves Critarunga! 100% of the time, but also removes the Sploogus ability.
